Terms & Conditions

Welcome to AUTOVERSE RENTAL CAR! We’re delighted to provide you with our exceptional services. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions that outline our business policies and procedures. By renting a car from us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:

Rental Agreement: The rental agreement refers to the contract between the car rental business and the customer, specifying the terms of the rental period, rental rates, and any additional charges or fees.

Driver’s License and Age: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license issued by their country or state of residence. The minimum age requirement for renting a car is 25 years, including any additional
drivers.

Reservation and Rental Duration: Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. The rental duration begins and ends at the agreed-upon date and time specified in the rental agreement. Any extension of the rental period must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

Payment and Security Deposit: Payment for the rental, including any additional charges or fees, must be made in full at the time of pick-up. A security deposit is required to cover any potential damages, traffic violations, or late return fees. The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the vehicle in its original condition.

Cancellation and No-show Policy: Cancellation of reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or not showing up for the rental will result in a cancellation fee.
-EARLY TERMINATION: If you return the vehicle before the original return date, you will not be refunded any portion of the payment.
-CANCELLATION: If you wish to cancel before your rental pick-up time, you must call us to
request cancellation. If you cancel your booking MORE than 1 day (24hours) before your specified pick up time, you will receive a full refund minus a Cancellation fee of USD $100.
If you cancel your booking LESS than 1 day (24hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will be charged a full day rental plus a Cancellation Fee of $100.

-NO SHOW: If you do not cancel the reservation prior to the time of pick-up and the rental vehicle is not picked up on the rental date, no portion of the prepaid amount will be refunded.

Insurance Coverage: It is recommended that customers have their own personal insurance policy to cover the rental in case of any damages that occurs during the rental. Any damages not covered by their insurance will solely be the responsibility of the renter. However, we can refer you to 3rd party companies that provides rental coverages for the duration of your rental for a small fee.

Vehicle Use and Restrictions: The rented vehicle is to be used solely for personal transportation purposes and must not be used for any illegal activities or transportation of hazardous materials.
The rented vehicle can’t be used for ridesharing and no offroading, Smoking and pets are not allowed in the rental vehicles. Any violation of these restrictions may result in additional fees and termination of the rental agreement.

Maintenance and Repairs: It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure the vehicle is properly maintained during the rental period. Any necessary repairs or maintenance must be authorized by the car rental business. The renter should promptly report any mechanical issues or accidents to the car rental business.

Fuel Policy: The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pick-up. Failure to do so will result in a refueling fee, in addition to the actual fuel cost.

Late Returns: A grace period of 59minutes is provided for late returns. Beyond this grace period, an extra day will be added to the rental charges. If the vehicle is not returned within 24hrs of the agreed-upon
return time, it will be considered a theft, and appropriate legal action will be taken.

Liability: The car rental business is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the rental period. The renter is solely responsible for their personal belongings.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the rental agreement shall be governed by the laws of Clark County, Nevada and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Clark County.
